REGAL CREATIVE Support Portal
This support portal will allow you to submit support / update requests to REGAL CREATIVE. All support requests are moderated and for REGAL CREATIVE clients that are either hosted or utilize our managed support services.
- We try to respond and process support requests within 48 business hours of your request time
- Most support tickets are resolved within 72 business hours
- For quicker support times, please ask us about our managed services
- Support may be subject to billing if requests amount to more than 15 min. of time to complete in one week.
